Usually I will get the vehicle back with recommendations on items that need to be addressed, but not performed. It's difficult to schedule return visits so it was good to be asked if I wanted them taken care of while I still there.

Service
Service for my C-MAX. All was well done except for a mix-up on scheduling. Somehow I was scheduled for 2 appointments--one on June 30 and one on July 1. This is the second time there was a scheduling snaffu. I called both times and it was corrected. But it makes me wonder what's going on....
