Very satisfied with service - Excellent.
I have a 2001 Ford Ranger that I love but which is beginning to show its signs of aging. I want to keep it as long as possible. This is why I bring it to Kendall Ford. They (you) have always treated me and the vehicle well. I need to bring the truck back in Monday for some more work. We bought a car!
We worked with Casey on finding the right vehicle for our new lifestyle, needing to trade in a big truck. Casey was knowledgable , listened to us, easy and personable to be with. He was very patient, told us " I'm here for you". We came in looking for a hybrid fuel economy little car, moved on to a truck cuz we love a truck! Settled on the 2015 Ford Explorer XLT with a few bells&whistles! We went a little over budget, we received a great deal with our Costco Auto Program. We decided to take advantage of the extended warranty as we financed at 1.9% with Jeff. Who is awesome to work with also. We never felt rushed or pushed as we took a couple days to do our research , discuss, ask questions and decide. We came back one more time and Jesse was great teaching us about our new SUV.
