Memorial Day sale at Fairgrounds
Bought a 2013 Subaru Outback at the Memorial day sale at the Fairgrounds. The salesman was very young and not very professional however, had a great heart and was fun to hang out with for several hours. I was surprised that the cars weren't grouped together at the fairgrounds by make or model. The cars seemed to be in random order which made it difficult to find the car I wanted. The salesman didn't know where the cars were either and wasn't familiar with the inventory. We walked a lot that day looking for particular cars. I would suggested grouping them in similar categories, like all the wagons together, all the SUV's together. It seemed like the trucks were together, but the other cars were random. My car is missing a floor mat and I wish I'd noticed it at the time of purchase. I hope the dealership has a spare one that I can have.

Great service and very fast process of signing
The service was excellent he showed me several options and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It happened to be at another dealership and the got it for me the next day. It was perfect. Great service and experience not to mention a beautiful truck! No pressure whatsoever. The signing process was quick and painless.

I have my oil changed regularly as recommended. 45 minutes last time in a comfortable waiting room. Transportation available and no charge. The coffee carafes were empty in the waiting room. This has happened several times.
