You were able to take care of my issue in a more than timely manner. I was a drop-in.

Was in actually before my scheduled time and out early which made my time for the day very nice.

Pete, the service adviser was great as usual - knowledgeable, personable and is becoming a friend.

Our service was on time as promised and Kendall kept their word on providing a loaner car at no expense as I was told.

came in only for an oil change but a recommendation of an air filter was very good and since soon on an 700 mile trip was great!!

Wss helped as soon as I entered the service dept. Jen Fisher, did a great job answered my questions. She told me it might be more than hour because you were busy. I was on my way in 50 minutes, oil changed, tires rotated. I have always great service at Kendall's.

I have a 2001 Ford Ranger that I love but which is beginning to show its signs of aging. I want to keep it as long as possible. This is why I bring it to Kendall Ford. They (you) have always treated me and the vehicle well. I need to bring the truck back in Monday for some more work.
