My biggest concern in this transaction was that Amanda Davis would not return my calls or texts concerning the replacement of a missing key after my check cleared. I got the feeling that once you had my money she was done with me. Maybe there is an explanation. Also, how can I get a question answered about a technical issue with the vehicle without scheduling an appointment?

I work for a company that is forced to take our vehicles
I work for a company that is forced to take our vehicles to this dealer. Every time I have taken a work vehicle I to Kendell they say they have fixed the issue. However it is never fixed correctly the first time and in many cases the second time. Worse yet they provide no discount for forcing us to return multiple times to fix original issue. Therefor double and triple billing us. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.
