Brought my vehicle in for 1 of 2 oil changes provided with my vehicles purchase. lube tech abused my vehicle. Didn't feel at the time the situation was handled appropriately. Kendall has since offered a proposition to rectify the issue.

My current car a 2008 Fusion SE with just under 48,000 miles is a like new car! We are aged up in the late80's and early 90's Our cars are and have been cared for by Lendal Service. Unlike other dealerships, Kendall cared. When they caught wind that I was unsatisfied they not only addressed my concerns/issues, but turned things around for me. When most places make excuses and/or dismiss your concerns, they stepped up to the plate without hesitation and treated me with great respect. I have to give credit where credit is due. This dealership has earned my trust and loyalty.

Make sure you check the date on tires for used vehicles. Truck tires 7 yrs old plenty of tread. When I took in for service was advised by this dealership tire need replaced immediately. Thanks Kendall for the false representation of a safe vehicle.

WORST EVER EXPERIANCE
Kendall Ford is the absolute worst. They have had my explorer since August 26th for a new transmission. First they tried to charge me $684 in parts when it's fully covered by my warrent. Once I cleared that up with them I tried for 2 weeks to get in contact with them for and ETA. No return call or email. Finally the servicxe manager called me. Seemed like it would finall be taken care of. But, here we are and they still have not even started on my vehicle. Not even a rental car. They claim they have none on the lot. So here I sit not knowing when my vehicle will be done. And it's the only vehicle I have that fits my 5 kids. Next time I will be smart and take my vehicle to a shop.
