Great purchasing experience.
We came in to get regular service on our 2006 Honda Accord Hybrid, and asked Dorman Harry, salesman about the new model. We quickly decided to trade in our 2009 Kendall Subaru Forester. on a 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid. Dorman worked with us efficiently and stayed with us until the deal was completed. He has been available to answer technical questions several times. I'm not a technophobe but there were some questions not answered by the handbook.

Oil Change
Tammy was very helpful. She immediately helped me with a smile as I walked in the door.Being from NC I am use to the Ford Dealerships where they take care of my exceptionally. I didnt have that experience prior to this last oil change as I worked with someone else besides Tammy. Overall I am happy again with Ford.

great all arounf service
We purchased 2 vehicles within 2 days a 2014 New ford 350 Lariat and a 2013 used Lincoln MKZ. We can not say enough good about your sales department and your service department. The sales man and his department were very cooperative and understanding of what we were trying to do. The service department was also great. Both cars came with a lot of computer operated equipment and it was all new to us. The other truck was 16 years old and like it came from the dark ages compared to all the things on the new one. the service department took the time and effort to help us understand all the options. Martin Westal even took several hours to walk us through each operation. Please let all the people know how pleased we were. I tried to write notes to them but I am not sure that they got them. Thanks a million to all of you.
