New 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium

Great staff at Eugene Kendall Ford. We love our new Fusion. Super fuel efficient for short commutes or long trips. A very comfortable car with incredible safety features. We enjoyed our C Max and the fuel economy, but the Titanium is much better in every aspect. We highly recommend this vehicle and the Dealership.

New 2015 Ford Fusion Titaium

The Kendal ford group is the best. Our new Fusion Titanium is great and just right for shot or long commutes, Much better over all than our C max which we really liked. Fuel mileage is superb.

Satisfied with repair but not shuttle service

I appreciated that access to my records was fast and easy for Steve who was my service agent. Steve called me back to give me a quote of the repair costs and called me when my vehicle was ready knowing that I had commitments later in the day. I would give the repair part of my experience a 10 but my overall experience much lower given my dissatisfaction with the shuttle service. I have used the service three times and have always found the drivers to be friendly and helpful. My complaint is the shared ride concept. I can appreciate this is more efficient for the dealership but with my other car repair shop option I either get a loaner or get a personal ride to or from the repair shop without having to travel all around the Eugene/Springfield area. In some cases with Kendall,I had to wait in the vehicle at a pick-up point while someone got ready to leave their work place. Again, I want to say my complaint is not with the drivers but with the Kendall Policy.

new battery(was still inder warranty from Ford)

I needed new battery. Got in next day which I appreciated.
