I recently relocated to the TC area with an almost new Raptor I purchased from my previous dealer. Fox went above and beyond to solve a challenging warranty issue as though I was a VIP buyer- next purchase will be a Fox purchase.

Had a recall on my Truck and needed the service done.

Had a recall on my Truck and needed the service done. What I loved was not having to take time off work and go in. They said they could take care of it within a couple days and came right to my work and took care of the problem. It was so convenient.

The service rep immediately made me feel that he could

The service rep immediately made me feel that he could help me with my flat tire. My husband was having surgery at the same time I was at the dealership and needed to take my car home, 50 miles away I was flustered and had just come from Discount Tire. They told me I needed at least 1 new tire to match the other 3. My car is leased so I was unsure of my responsibility. It was repaired and I could drive home.
