Markquart Motors

I had 62,000 miles on my Chevy Malibu and had trouble with my transmission. I have the best warranty available up to 150,000 miles including electrical. I was told that the connections to the transmission were loose. They needed electrical die compound grease to make a better connection. And it was NOT covered in the warranty because it was not a mechanical problem. It was a maintenance issue. I ended up paying over $350 for them to fix the problems. I've never in my life ever heard of having to bring in your vehicle to have this done, let alone, not be covered under warranty. Not very pleased.

When I bought my brand new $65000 truck from this

When I bought my brand new $65000 truck from this dealership it was delivered to me with scratches and dents and scrapes on it they said they would take care of it when they did attempt to take care of it they broke more items on my vehicle left bolt loose and now my Tano cover leaks and they said they will not service me whatsoever won't answer my calls and won't take my service

*BUSINESSES BEWARE* We have gone well above and beyond for this customer to resolve very minor imperfections. This happened during the transportation process from the manufacturer, which is out of our control, but we like to make things right. We have agreed to do everything we can to make this customer satisfied in a timely matter despite the fact this customer not only threatened one of our staff members with physical harm but verbally abused multiple employees with profanity in front of children in different departments on a few occasions. It seems by the many previous reviews by this individual over the past eight years that it's almost impossible to please this person, and we extend caution to any other business that is considering offering service to this individual!

They have not gone above and beyond they have done less than adequate at making the vehicle perfect to begin with a black $65000 truck should not have 15 dents on the side a big bugger is not on the roof and over spray on that passenger door when they painted the driver's side should not have loose parts under the hood and they should not have greasy rags inside the vehicle don't say buyer beware business viewer as far as don't do business with Markquart they are xxxx! If you complained and they refuse to service your vehicle they suck such as their management

I'm a very reasonable person but if you f****** my brand new truck you're gonna have to fix it and they won't and they did f*** it up Since I'm a person that has morals and standards and they don't want to be held accountable to him they decide that it won't service me and that I'm impossible to please I'm not impossible to please let me build your house and then leave the roof off of it or put a Dent in the window or scratch in the countertop would you pay for that I wouldn't

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you want it scratched and dented at delivery and then when their body shot fixes it they'll add more problems to it and then they will deny fixing it and not allow you to go to their dealership anymore absolute worst customer experience I've ever had and do not go there

Disappointment

We will start with a little background. I have purchased two brand new cars and two used - one brand new and one used just within the last year. My parents have bought several cars from there too. Also, I have always stayed loyal to my salesman and the dealership. I had an issue with the way my latest purchase was handled as far as a gap insurance issue. I asked to speak to the manager and Mr. Matt Murray got on the phone and without any greeting it was, I already have the down low on what?s going on and we aren?t doing anything for you. He had zero empathy or zero customer service skills!! He didn?t even allow me to have a word in edgewise. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and I was speechless at how I was treated. I explained that customer service means everything these days, even if I wouldn?t have agreed with the outcome he was still down right nasty! I explained that I would be contacting my salesman to let him know I would never buy another vehicle there again and he followed up with that is your choice. I mentioned about me coming in now twice for my sunroof breaking and his tune changed - that was all before he was going to disconnect the phone call and hang up on me. Sadly, I will never buy any other vehicle from here. It?s sad that my salesman will no longer get my business because he has been phenomenal. Of all, the GM should LEARN to treat every customer with some respect and dignity. I will also make sure that I leave a Google review as well as making sure everyone of my friends and family are aware of this GM and how I was treated. To say I am absolutely appalled is an understatement. I think David Markquart should reconsider having someone else in the GM position as it is clear Mr. Murray has zero people skills and is losing customers because of his inconsiderate personality.

Mandy, we can't thank you and your family enough for being such a loyal customer. However it seems a bit unfair to review our dealership negatively just because we refused to violate the FTC law for you so that it would accomodate your personal needs. Markquart will not do that for anyone. Even after you vowed to never buy from us again because we wouldn't unlawfully participate in such actions we're still taking care of your mechanical issue because that's what customer service is about. Dealership was very clean. The customer service was very good. Everyone was friendly and nice and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Marquardt motors service center

The service center at this dealership will lie to you and do whatever they can do to charge or bill a customer even when they have a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Let alone after a repair was made to my vehicle there was no road test done to my vehicle and every warning light was on the dash upon them giving me my keys back. They did not address the main issue I brought my vehicle back to them after being ripped off and lied to the 1st time. Marquardt service seems to be a bunch of crooks overcharging and lying to honest customers.

Great Camaro from Markquardt

Purchased a used 2019 Camaro with a price drop of$5000 for $32000 from Stephanie and it's a beautiful car that sure attracts attention. V-6 engine and auto transmission and big tires really deliver the performance. Great car with real low mileage. Thanks again.
