Excellent experience time and again

Rick Rada is our go-to-guy, and he makes the purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. We always return to Markquardt, not only for the quality line up, but for the service from the people.

Poor service, Poor communication, Poor planning

This is for Markquart Motors Service department. I setup my appointment so I could have a free rental while my car was being worked on. The free rental was the reason I went with Markquart even though they were the highest priced out of 4 local shops. I said I had to have my car back by 3pm. The service man said it would take 5 hours for my front right wheel bearing and that I need to call the parts department to make sure they have the needed parts. 5 hours was high compared to all other shops which quoted 2 hours, but I made the appointment for 8:30am. Day of my appointment I drop my car off early, knowing they won’t start early. I double check about the labor hours and I am told the time is really 2.4 hours. 5 and a half hours later at 2pm I call them and say I need to pick my car up at 3pm. Then I am told they just ordered parts from NAPA and should be there around 3pm. I ask the price of part and I am told $280, after a very quick search I find NAPA sells the part for $180. So I have to drive there to get my kids car seats so I can pick them up safely. At this time I am upset and tell them I will be back at 4:30pm to pick up my car, so I don’t miss my work hours the next day. Using a little head math, half of the 2.4 hours labor (1.2 hours) would be needed to put the new part on as my car was on the lift with the old part off. So part gets there at 3pm, 1.2 hours later is 4:12pm. The service guy calls me at 3:49pm and says it’s not their fault they are waiting on parts. I tell them I will be there at 4:30pm to get my car and I am told they will put it back together and it will be ready. 4:04pm the manager call to they can’t do that, so I say the car needed to be delivered to my work which he agrees to. After asking when I will get it I am told they SHOULD have the part tonight and it SHOULD be done by 9am. They still need 2 MORE hours to finish the work!!! You know if you are going to up charge me $100 for a part. Drive the less than 5 miles round trip and pick up the part. I am writing this before my car is delivered so I don’t even know if they will make that commitment. The sad part is I was told that people waiting at the shop will bump my time slot. Guess what, me driving around your rental isn’t going to get me to buy a new car.

Awesome service!

From the second we arrived in the monsoon of a rain....a man came outside by the name of Andy Moon. This was the guy I decided to harass to buy a vehicle today. We hit it off immediately when the first thing I asked him was, are you gonna sell me one of these things today?! They went out of their way to make sure we could get financed even if it meant jumping through a hoop or two. I truly enjoyed my experience buying a vehicle once again from marquart. The service is just as good as the vehicle you leave in every time. Thanks again for a pleasant comfortable at homeish experience Andy. You truly are a great salesman. Very trustworthy and ethical...they did the right thing

I bought a low mile used Denali. I had I drove it for two days, and realized that the seat did not work for me snd caused my back to get sore. I told the folks at Markquart and they exceeded my expectations. I sm shocked a dealership went this far. Thanks tony Meyer, Bryan Ankeny and Dan Bernier.

Never again!

We bought a used suv 7 days ago..today I am in the service department for repairs. We've been here 3 hours, no rental offered. We asked to return the car ..but they want to give us $2500 less than what we paid! xxx is that! Never again! We're told that if the check engine light comes on again will need to replace the computer, Marquardt...who pay for that if this happens on day 31 of buying the car?

Terrible

Didn't order part needed after talking to 3 people... took forever just to do an oil change. We normally buy vehicles from here and not happy with communication.. also they chromed the vehicle before we bought it and put window visors on.. they're falling off!!!!
