Usually get excellent service here. This time I was passed by the salesman to another one who was then unavailable when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and then to a thud (who ultimately was helpful). Then my car was not fully set up, despite advance assurances all would be ready. And all this because the dealership insisted I come in immediately at a time inconvenient to me. Two hours to complete paperwork, and I left with my okd car. Waiting to see if they deliver the new one as promised on Saturday morning,

Distributors without integrity

I don’t understand why a company with no integrity has developed to the present. I bought a new car in September this year. When I picked up the car, I found many problems with the car. At that time, the staff told me that I needed to put it here and deal with it and hand it over to me, but I didn’t deal with it. The second time I made an appointment to deal with the problem of the car, but it didn’t deal with it. The staff said that they would buy new accessories and then deal with it. They told me to wait for their call notification, but it will be a month immediately. No one has notified me. Today I went to the car shop again. But the other staff told me that they had handled it for you last time. It was ridiculous. Each staff member’s reply is different. Tell me to let others.
