Aug.19,2023 I picked up my brand new car. I had been driving my 1995 izzuo Rodeo for 28 yrs. Yep had 267 thousand miles. Was time for me to buy another vehicle, Rodeo still running but needed smaller car. I want to give Mitch the upmost appreciation for helping me through a very easy process. I'm 69 yrs old my husband had passed away 6 months before. I knew I wanted a Honda, I looked at several models on line. Went to dealership by my house just to look at in person. I was hooked on the 2023 Honda Civic Sport. I called Beaverton Honda, spoke to a very polite, professional,great young man, Mitchell. (Mitch) I went into speak with him in person the next day. I was expecting some pressure for additional bells and whistles. Never felt any pressure, he showed me a list of what I could get. I did choose some bells my choice. Basically I want to thank Mitch so very much helping an old grandma find the car an price I was comfortable with. Mitch hope you read this, your amazing at your job. Thank you so so very much for helping me through a delightful experience.

Nick was extremely helpful.

Nick was extremely helpful. We actually enjoyed doing business with him. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner. We had looked elsewhere before we came to Beaverton Honda And I have to say we were not particularly happy about the sales people. My wife and I were both very satisfied with the way the process was conducted. Nick even convinced me that I should add several extra cost items to the package. And I have to say that it was not an easy thing to do. that being said, I am glad I did add them. We also appreciated that Beaverton Honda did not xxxxx the, over MSRP surcharge, to the price of the car. If anyone asks we will definitely tell them we are very satisfied customers. All in all the whole customer experience went smoothly. It's nice to see some dealerships and sales people know how to treat their customers.

We bought a Honda CRV 2023 last month from Beaverton

We bought a Honda CRV 2023 last month from Beaverton Honda. Nick was the sales representative during the purchase. It was a very amusing experience with Nick since he was caught being blatantly dishonest about the most obvious after-sales services at the dealership. Nick initially told us that Beaverton Honda did not provide the mandatory 2-year after-sales service for brand-new cars in an effort to make us buy the 5-year long dealership after-sales service. He also tried to charge us an additional $986 for sealant that Honda already applied at the factory. He eventually walked back on his mendacious sales tricks when we showed disinterest in buying the car from the dealership. Overall, it was an unpleasant interaction with a stupid dealership agent.

Wait for hours with no updates unless you take action to

Wait for hours with no updates unless you take action to ask for them. Be ready for several “oh I was just about to call them”. After a 8 hour wait, I was told my car wouldn’t be serviced that day and that it would be three more days for a wheel bearing to arrive. No offer of a loaner. No option for a courtesy shuttle. Wasn’t believed that my aux/usb port was no longer working. Was told it was working fine. It was not. So after having my car for three days, they never addressed the car play issues -I am back here again waiting and wondering how many hours I’ll be here. All of which could have been avoided if I was listened to and believed in the first place. The people here are nice enough, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through is infuriating.

Typical Car Salesman Experience

Came in to do a test drive and quote on a trade in and was very clear I was not buying today. Salesman was very pushy to get me in a new car that day, and left me waiting for much longer than I should have been for what I came in for. Ultimately got low balled on my sale and I won’t be back. In the end I worked with 5 or 6 different sales reps, so the whole “you only work with one person” is not true.

Recently bought tires here.

Recently bought tires here. Got a flat. Dealership will not stand behind tires. Wait for next appointment....4 days out. If you have to replace tire, you have to deal with the manufacturer yourself! Wow! What service...not! Been having my SUV serviced here. Guess that was a mistake.

Terrible service not only is Jason narcissistic, but

Terrible service not only is Jason narcissistic, but arrogant and needs to be humbled. He knew absolutely nothing about the cars and didn’t provide any help. He even faked a call in the middle of our conversation so he could leave. Honda needs to train their employees better. Never in my life have I been treated this poorly. I say Jason should be fired.
