Overall a pleasant vehicle purchase experience where we were assisted in our buying decision based on what WE were looking for rather than being "sold" a vehicle. We worked with Jon and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what our new F-150 features are. The previous "new" vehicle was a 2016 so we especially appreciate him going through the entire productivity screen menus as we've become less tech-savvy with age. I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends or family to Jon.

John and Jeremy were great! John took time to answer all my questions and go over all the features on my vehicle. Jeremy went over all my options on my loan, warranty and wasn’t pushy; which I appreciate. The hood and hatch on my car is poor (not on straight) and didn’t get fixed properly, I wish they would have explained what they did. I haven’t had a chance to get back there.
