Everyone was so nice my sales man Brad was great and I love my ford explorer.

I came in the morning valeri from sales department help me look at a car and the car was very sketchy they have to reprogram it and they used a jump starter to start the car in front of me. Then I found out the car has 4 accident on carfax and I called her that I won’t be coming to look at the car and she was rude and just hung up cause she can’t make money off me now Ig. Or idk but the service was not great the behavior changed as I changed my mind on the car.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SALES REP . HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WORKING WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTION ABOUT THE ECOSPORT THAT BOUGHT.

These folks are a caring group of people! They want you to be happy with your purchase and follow through all the way until you drive off the lot and even after that. You will not be making a mistake by working with them.

The people at Anderson-Koch were great to work with. They treated me with respect and like a person wants to be treated in the sales process. I was in sales for 30 years and this is how I would want my customers to be treated!

Was disappointed I wasn’t notified when the floor mats I was waiting for came in. These were part of the deal that came with the truck. It went fine otherwise.

I had my oil changed. Making an appointment, checking in, and picking up was done quickly, efficiently, and with great customer service.

Unfortunately, have never set foot on this facility. If someday I’m in the area, most definitely will.
