Bought pickup through Justin Kelsey and he made promises

Bought pickup through Justin Kelsey and he made promises as part of the deal then never followed through. Showed general manager the messages with agreement and he didn't follow through either. xxxx poor customer service.

Liars

Bought pickup through Justin Kelsey and he made promises as part of the deal then never followed through. Showed general manager the messages with agreement and he didn't follow through either. xxxx poor customer service.

The worst experience EVER

First of all I've had my vehicle less than a week and the check engine light is on and it's stalled out twice on me. Unfortunately I read all Lithias reviews after I purchased my car. I put down $2500.00 cash down and not only did they give me a bs $4,000 additional charge once the paperwork was being signed, but I got a 29% interest rate with payments of $477.00 a month. I was hands down taken advantage of and played like thr fool I was for walking in there. The car smells of stale cigarettes which one of my son's is extremely allergic to and I was honestly looking for someone who wouldn't take advantage especially considering I lost my 2nd oldest son just 4 months ago and I've been a wreck. The reviews I read were awful always responded to by some management telling them to call this 1-800 number because they wanted to make it right. It's a bunch of bowl. I hate this vehicle. They sold me a xxxxbox and smiled while they took my money and charged me almost 19,000 for a vehicle listed at $14999. Do not go here. This was the worst experience I've had in my life.

Matt Mangini was great to work with made sure I was comfortable with the truck buying experience and if I ever need another car or truck I will be giving him a call

Worst dealership in the state!

I’ve had/am having the worst experience with this dealership I bought a Ford truck from them that I don’t believe they ever even inspected. However when spending $60,000 on a vehicle I wanted to make sure that it was under warranty and I told Larry over in finance. As well as my salesman that I needed a warranty especially because of the aftermarket performance parts that were on the vehicle long story short my transmission went out after having the vehicle for less than a year they told me because of the performance parts that were on it at the time I bought the vehicle that my warranty was voided but that they would refund me for the warranty which was less than half of the cost of the transmission they’ve been extremely difficult to get in touch with very poor customer service bad ethics and almost 4 months later I am still waiting on getting my money back. If for whatever reason you do ever decide to work with Lydia I highly recommend you never buy any of their warranties or any programs from them. You will also want to check the price of the vehicle again once into finance I noticed after the fact that somehow between me agreeing to the price of the vehicle and me going back to finance the vehicle price increase by $3000!

Extremely poor service department.

Extremely poor service department. After they sell you a vehicle they won't help you, call you with updates or make you feel cared about. Your a number and an inconvenience to this group. We had our truck less than a year and right after they changed the oil, the end blew. Hmmmm! Four months later our truck is still sitting in the same spot with no follow up, unless we reach to them. We were not offered a loaner car, a rental or anything. POOR POOR POOR customer service. I won't even take my vehicle back for an oil change. When we do call, we get the run around and no consistency. Always told the motor will be here in a week and that was 2 weeks ago, yet again. Paying for a brand new Dodge Ram and can't even drive it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A TRUCK AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Service department needs some lessons in customer service and etiquette.
