I had an oil change and inspection done .The rep met me before I got out of my vehicle (upon arrival) . He asked what was I there for . He processed me into the service department and the job was completed in less than an hour . That is what I call service .

The service was great and they got me in the same day. I don't like the fact that this survey is making me write so many words. This is why people don't like leaving reviews. I still have 3809 characters before I can end this statement before you can take my comment. The service guy that helped me did a great job and the service was done to my standards. What more do you want me to say. I am not in high school writing an essay, although this is how I feel at the moment. I almost want to stop writing this and say forget it, but you people need to know that this is way too much to ask of someone. My time is very important and just the fact that I agreed to make a statement didn't mean that I wanted to write a book.

I purchased a car and the Sales rep Isaiah was outstanding. He had great customer service and made my buying experience painless. I recommend this dealership and especially recommend Isaiah as a sales rep to anyone interested in looking for a vehicle.

I brought my 2011 Dodge 1500 into service because it kept stalling out. Service Department made it's recommendations and made the repair. Upon getting the vehicle back the check engine light came back on and without hesitation, the brought it back into service and placed it on the rack. Under more testing, it was determined some major service was needed. They took the time to look further and found all was under warranty. I had my truck back within a few days as promised. I will return back to Lithia Dodge without hesitation. Everyone at that store goes out of their way to help you. Top Notch!

Went in for an oil change and inspection, as well as the purchase of new (studded) tires. My service rep was communicative, and my needs were met for slightly less than the cost estimated. The time commitment was met well. I won't hesitate to go back in the future.

I'm so proud to say that my very first car comes from Litha. The help the company provided was greatly appreciated. Although an auto salesman/woman's job title is to sell. Unlike other car places who are really pushy and try to throw you in anything. Your company was not. I was assisted in finding a nice car with low miles in my price range and Calista did a great job of making the process fun and friendly for me. Josh Taylor was great to work with once again. Second vehicle I purchased through him. He was as excited about my purchase as I was. That's nice to see. Everyone at LIthia was nice to work with throughout the process. As for Josh, he will see me again in the coming years.

Purchased Lifetime Oil Change from Lithia Chevrolet but they were out of the filter we needed. Since this was also a Lithia dealer, and right down the road, we brought the car here. You had the filter and had us in and out in less than an hour. Only down side was my wife wanted a hot chocolate, like she gets at Chevrolet (she doesn't drink coffee) and you didn't provide any.

Jarred handled my purchase and was very informative and was up to date on product. Would highly reccomend him.
