Bought a brand new Dodge truck

My husband and I had driven around all day looking at vehicles and test driving them. No one made us feel welcome or comfortable. When we arrived at Lithia, Mike Hiett greeted us at the door. When we told him what we were interested in, he brought the truck to us. No walking or standing out in the cold. The whole time with him was comfortable and welcoming. He treated us like we were his friends. We went home that night with our first new owned truck. Lithia is great and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Lithia!!

First Time Experiance

Out of dealers I've read and seen family and friends go with, i was very impressed with how Lithia and my salesmen Calista handled everything :). The whole process from step 1 was easy and smooth and they worked diligently to give the best price possible. I would highly recommend going to this place if you want excellent customer service!

I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

I went in for an oil changes and they informed me of a leak that I knew about. I had gotten a quote on this leak and was told 650.00 to fix it. When talking to your guys, they quoted me a price of 215.00. Needless to say I made another appointment for the following Friday. Very friendly and very professional.

2014 Cherokee Trail Hawk ordered the way I wanted

I ordered a new 2014 Cherokee Trail Hawk on Dec 12 2013 and took delivery on Mar 10 2014. The reason for ordering/purchasing from Lithia/S Anch was the employees that I worked with. When I left word I was ONLY interested in a Trail Hawk and to call me when you had one for me to check out, I received a call and got an appointment and worked with Matt Ragle. I was originally planning to deal with the "other dealer", but even though I left the same criteria for a visit, I never heard from them. The visit with Matt was a joy that made the 27 mile trip in from Peters Creek a piece of cake. Matt knew the product and we put it through it's paces. A sales rep that knows his vehicle is a real joy. There were some things I knew about the product from time spent on a KL Cherokee board, and a bunch he knew that I didn't. The sale was as good as gold right then and I only wanted to deal with Matt. Got my order worked out and he did your paperwork and the wait began. I got what I wanted, made a good friend, and met a bunch of your nice folks. First service was done last week. Mickey was great. I have never been treated with so much courtesy and respect before. Never got to met the tech that found and fixed (no easy job) the leaks along the oil pan gasket, but he/she/whomever is a keeper too. Your folks are the best thing you have going for you!
