I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time and had been to 5 dealerships in Anchorage. I have worked with Steve Allen in the past and always trust his recommendation. He connected me with Walter Price. Walter is very fun to work with. He made some excellent points on payment vs overall monthly expense on vehicle. My daughter was with me and also felt like we were being taken care of. I always nervous purchasing a vehicle because I want to be treated fair.

had to change fluids but it was too expensive compare to other service center. I hope parts & labor charges lower so other customers will not be surprised when they have to do this service because most people not knowing about vehicle problems.

I had an oil change and inspection done .The rep met me before I got out of my vehicle (upon arrival) . He asked what was I there for . He processed me into the service department and the job was completed in less than an hour . That is what I call service .

The service was great and they got me in the same day. I don't like the fact that this survey is making me write so many words. This is why people don't like leaving reviews. I still have 3809 characters before I can end this statement before you can take my comment. The service guy that helped me did a great job and the service was done to my standards. What more do you want me to say. I am not in high school writing an essay, although this is how I feel at the moment. I almost want to stop writing this and say forget it, but you people need to know that this is way too much to ask of someone. My time is very important and just the fact that I agreed to make a statement didn't mean that I wanted to write a book.
