Walter Pride excellent job. Good price. The overall experience was fantastic. The thing that I saw that could needed improvement was the paperwork took longer then needed. I think that there could have been more staff on that shift.

Fast and simple.
I started off working with Calista, but after being denied financing, I was transferred to Kevin Robinson who dealt with a specialty bank to find me proper financing. Everything went super smoothly, took about a week and I was driving off the lot with a new car. I was never pressured into settling for a car I didn't like, and Kevin went above and beyond to help get everything done as fast as possible. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and it was a great experience.

longer wait than told
I was told that the express oil change would take an hour and a half or an hour forty five. After waiting two hours, I called my wife and had her take me to work, where I received the call five hours after I dropped the car off that it was ready. Shouldn't they underpromise and over deliver instead of tripling the actual wait time.

Kevin did an absolutely fantastic job making sure that my vehicle buying experience was as seamless and smooth as possible. He has been both professional and polite, doing his utmost to ensure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle and all of its features. He has gone above and beyond what a standard sales professional should be asked to do, whether its playing chauffeur, expediter, or delivery man, and has done so with a pleasant attitude. I have to honestly say that this has been one of my best vehicle buying experiences.

I was told No!
Well I had a truck that I recently bought and it was not in good shape. So I went in to trade it in to get my wife a new vehicle. I seen one sales person and asked that they not xxxxxxxx me around because I didn't want to waste their time or mine. She did a little paper work and came to a conclusion that she was not going to be able to help me. So I left disappointed and the next day I received a phone call from Kevin Robinson saying if I had time to come back in. So I did, I came in and needless to say in about 4 hours of getting my trucked looked at to see what it was worth and doing some paper work I got my wife a brand new vehicle at a price that was very acceptable and my payments were only $20 more than what I was already paying for the truck. Thanks Kevin!!

2014 Ram 1500 Sport
I had the pleasure to deal with Matt Ragle. From the moment I set foot into the dealership to the moment I stepped out with keys in hand Matt was a tremendous help. Went out of his way to help me over the course of purchasing my truck. Not only was he able to negotiate my price with his managers, he kept in contact with me to make sure I was getting everything I wanted. I felt terrible for keeping him after hours but he kept assuring me that it was no big deal and he was happy to help me out. 10/10 have and will definitely recommend to others.

Best Service Crew Ever
I have been getting my '97 Grand Cherokee Laredo serviced all summer and gradually updating parts since nothing had needed to be replaced ever so it was due, and every experience at Lithia is a good one. I can't say enough good things about the Service department staff. I tell everyone about them!
