I have been getting my '97 Grand Cherokee Laredo serviced all summer and gradually updating parts since nothing had needed to be replaced ever so it was due, and every experience at Lithia is a good one. I can't say enough good things about the Service department staff. I tell everyone about them!

Had a good friend who worked there before, (Matt). Called him up and asked who should I talk to about a Jeep. Told me to call Robbie. Matt called Robbie for me and gave him a heads up that I was going to call. I did and he met my wife and I at 7 PM. We test drove the Jeep and then too his office. Asked him what the bottom line was, he gave me the offer, told him that was better than I expected but figured it was fair. There was no hassle or anything. My wife even sat through the whole process and said it was very nice and Robbie was very good. Thanks for the awsome experience.

I have never had a bad experience with Jeep Lithia and Nick Hjelmgren just topped the ratings in making my last experience the best ever. I love my new Jeep! It was a pleasure working with him. He was very helpful in making the purchasing process go smooth.
