Pauli Ford

Had to have power steering unit checked because of a call back from Ford. They had to chance 3 bolts that were rusted,, didnt' take long either. Very good job and now I don't have worry about losing my power steering. Thank you.

We were in need of a used truck and needed it within the same week. They were able to get us a used truck in great condition. Roger was our salesman and he was awesome to work with and found us exactly what we wanted for a great price as well.

Great & trustworthy Service - horrible computer for customer Use - slowest computer I have used in 10 years! Virtually unusable - internet is so slow I could not get work done. Turned off TV, but office help turned it back on even though no one was watching. However, the important matter of good & trustworthy service would bring me back.

We had a great experience at Pauli Ford starting with our initial visit last fall right through our final lease transaction two days ago. Our sales rep, Cher Vue was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our entire experience quite pleasant. The finance manager, Bill McCann, made the experience easy and comfortable for us as well. We also met several members of the Pauli family and were impressed with how friendly everyone was.

Brian Pauli really went beyond the call of duty. It started when we showed up at the dealership AFTER closing time on a Saturday and he helped us anyway. Then when it came time to actually buy the car, he gave us a great deal! Who could ask for anything more?
