Everything went very well as usual. Chantilly is a bit far for me since Tysons location has closed but valet service was offered for pick up and return. I dropped it off but used valet for the return.

Brought my vehicle in for broken seat trim they caused
Brought my vehicle in for broken seat trim they caused during diagnostics of a rear display issue. Upon arrival I showed and clearly explained to the representative what the issue was and the desired fix. A few hours later I received a call from the representative that the vehicle was done and ready for pickup. Upon pickup arrival I asked the service rep if the trim was fixed. He said yes. I inspected the repair only to discover nothing was done! It was in the exact condition I dropped it off in. I showed the representative and he said he'll order a new trim at no cost to me. That was over two weeks ago. I've called several times and each time they say they'll call me back with an update. However, I never got a call.

I drive an hour to get there. The best surprise when I arrived for service. The epitome of excellent customer care, what a SURPRISE, Mr. J Tipton. He is back in the service dept. I met Mr. Tipton at Sheehy of Tysons as a service manager. I had a lot of issues and concerns with the infinity I had which is now discontinued. Mr. Tipton figuratively held my hand with kid gloves to ensure my problems would be resolved. He is the reason I am in the Infiniti QX 60 today. I am more than pleased. He is a true asset and an invaluable member of your team. He makes being in the Infiniti family well worth it, you know you will be well taken care of. Thank you.
