Craig Sargent was very professional and responded quickly to all of my questions. The online buying process was easy, and all details were worked out prior to my arriving for my test drive. Craig made sure I was notified of any and all items that may need servicing and ensured that all repairs and detailing were completed. Craig's professionalism made sure the entire transaction went smoothly.

Dennis made buying my QX60 smooth and easy. I walked in unsure if I was seriously considering Infiniti and finished my test drive sure that this was the one. Dennis made the process super simple and relatively quick and I think the whole team including finance was great to work with.

Giving two stars for this stealership is too high in my

Giving two stars for this stealership is too high in my opinion. The sale was easy enough because they want your business (aka: money) The service department is a bunch of crooks who try to get you to agree to service that you don’t need, push the highest service and then if you have service done-they cut corners. I don’t bring my car there for service unless absolutely necessary. I plan on replacing a vehicle in the near future and I think I’m going to have a hard time finding a dealership without the Sheehy name. Based on my experience at Sheehy Infiniti, i will do my best not to use any dealership with the Sheehy name.
