This dealership needs to be investigated for shady and even illegal practices. They are con artist of the highest degree.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Bought a mini van in June and was told service engine light was on due to a sensor that will not affect the van they LIED. The thermostat they put in was not the sensor which I did tell the Berger. My transmission was bad and that would have been caught had a proper inspection went through on this vehicle. I will never go here again. They never even tried to help make it right

Brought my car in 2018 chevy trax for a check engine light code popped up at my mechanic for a purge valve which is still covered under warranty. They said my screws were lose on my filter and that's why the check engine light came on but charged me 150 dollars for them to screw them back in. Also told me I had a oil cooler leak and it would be a 2000 dollar repair well I have never seen any type of leaks so I took it to 2 different mechanics one we've been going to for 20 years and one my dad has been going to for 16 years they both looked it over and said I do not have any oil leaking and my oil cooler is fine.

I totally enjoyed our experience at Berger Chevrolet. Our sales person, Erik - with a K - was very helpful and worked hard to find a vehicle that met our needs. The entire staff at Berger is friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful. And a special shout to Erik for his patience and professionalism.
