Good service but check your appointment beforehand
The service was fine, but when I arrived, there was no record of my appointment. You were able to take me anyway, but it was a 3.5 hour wait for a simple 10,000 mile check-up.

Great Experience
I purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost (4 cylinder) and couldn't be happier! Omar and his staff including Larry and even down to the financial representative made this transaction as smooth as the ride itself. I am very happy and grateful towards this Ford location! This was an internet only purchase. Zee was quick to respond to our specific car requirements. He located the car at another dealership and had it shipped to Fremont Ford. Great service, great price, great purchase transaction!

Service ok until my last visit
I have had my car for almost two years...Have always had my service done there...I never had a problem until my last visit...I noticed the plastic bolts on a small panel were falling out...One side had one bolt left and the other had one missing..I took the side off that had one bolt left so I wouldn't loose the panel...Later I found one bolt on the ground.. I took the car in to have them fix the problem..They wanted me to pay 85 dollars to put the panel back on..I questioned why I had to pay and the adviser said we can fix it if you have it serviced....I handed them the panel and the two bolts I had...When I picked up the car I was told the mechanic said he fixed it the best he could and it might not stay on....When I got to the car I look underneath and four bolts were missing...When I went back I was told that they told me they would use my hardware...They lied....They told me to order the bolts myself...I asked for a comment sheet and they told me to call ford if i had a problem...They gave me a 1-800 number...I ended up getting some bolts myself...I have purchased two cars from fremont ford and they lost my business and the business of the people I know...Smart move guys loosing business for 10 dollars worth of bolts and 10 mins of work...The work order said reinstall....Really you guys reinstall parts with half of the bolts missing...????? I was told by and employee who I won't name these bolts fall out all the time.............I won't want him to get in trouble....

"Great Service and "Great Facilities"
Suzanne Demers here. I have a 2010 Ford Escape and am very thankful for it. Sturdy, large enough for carrying everything and small enough to move around in traffic easily. The repair shop is great.
