Service

This was my first visit at the Service Center for an oil change. Everyone was courteous and hellful. The waiting areas were quiet and comfortable. I usually wait for my car. This was my first visit and it won't be my last. I was surprised how short my stay was for an oil change.

Excellent Service

My Experience was excellent, I arrived just to test drive a ford focus and was helped right away. I walked the different models and was shown what was available, also explained the different features in each model. Chris and his helper listened to what I was looking for a gave suggestions and comments, then took me out to test drive. After test drive we walked inside and did some talking on numbers and different options, no real pressure game me and my wife time to talk on the different option and looked a the car again. After right deal was reached everything else went great with finance person on showing other service options and explained each document. I'm very happy with my new car and couldn't be more happier with the service that was provided. Thank you for everything and great team work.

2007 F150 broke down ended up leasing 2016 F150

The sales rep Craig went above and beyond helping us get into lease with the new 2016 F150 since our previous 2007 f-150 had just broken on way to Eureka. Service was great. The staff in sales and service department were extremely friend and out going while try to get us back on the road. Thank you so much.

Moe was my service advisor and he was fantastic. Moe provided lots of details and explanations. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the work being done. He was also very knowledgeable. Moe provided the best customer service experience I have ever had with Fremont Ford

ok.not great they get the job.

Easy to deal with

Customer Service was easy to deal with and the car was returned as expected. Cosmetically the glove box still does not look like its shut correctly; however, the light and door now stays firmly shut.
