Ford Edge 2008 used car

Peter has always been very helpful and helps me understand of any issues and problems I will have with my car at the time of my appointment. I have never had any problems. Good service department

Over all I satisfied but I am not satisfied with the end result. My truck is off alignment and will have to go back. Would liked to have had my truck washed for me.my service handler did a good job

Awesome service

Two years ago on May 3, 2014 I walked into Fremont Ford with my dad looking to get my first car, ever. The guys at Fremont Ford were more than helpful when I had walked in with my mind already set on getting a 2014 Ford Fusion. They went over everything with me and made sure that my dad and I were well aware of everything that my money was going to. They worked for hours trying to come up with as good of a deal as they could, for me, and I took it once my dad and I agreed on it. Fast forward to April 1, 2016. It did not seem like it was too long since the last time I was there, but it was. Right away Ahmad came over to me and was ready to start asking questions about my visit. That was until my dad pulled up. Ahmad had apparently already spoken with my dad a week before and my dad had already laid out some expectations for when I came in. Walking through the lot, my eyes fell on this 2016 hybrid Ford Fusion. It was the same charcoal gray color as the one I already had, but this one came with leather seats and fully loaded with everything my 2014 didn't have. I was determined to get this one. My dad and I spent hours working with Ahmad to come to an agreement on my payments. There were times when Ahmad needed to go to his manager and gm because my dad can be a stubborn man. When we had time to wait, Ahmad was a kind and caring man. He and my dad spoke a lot about their different upbringings and exchanging life stories. Ahmad was a great man even before stepping foot into Fremont Ford as an employee. He fought for us to get our car, which was awesome; but that is nothing compared to how he fought for a better life for himself and his family. Thank you, Ahmad, for your service to the USA and to my dad and I.

Great service

Hi my name is Francisco I was referred To Fremont ford and to talk to OMAR OMARI sales rep by a Freind , I was in the market for a 2016 Ford Explorer, OMAR OMARI was very nice and very helpful he helped me make up my mind on which explorer to pick as they all have different options, after all his help I then meet SAYED (ABBAS) ASALATI finance manager which was a great help and got me the best APR rate and explained everything to me very well , I am very happy with there service , if you are in the market for a new Ford make sure u stop by at Fremont Ford and ask for OMAR OMARI !

Quick service

Service was great, and quick. Although the price is slightly high, I hope everything worth the money. If you can offer a package with tire rotation, that will be excellent!
