I reached out to Scott Wehr in April 2024 to see if he could help me find a used Toyota Tacoma for my son. Every Monday morning he would send me a text letting me know if they had received any trucks that met our specifications. Throughout our search he was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and had a customer first mindset. Even though I found a truck at another dealership, I will certainly reach out to him for vehicle purchases in the future.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on Saturday 6.29.24 at 7:40 AM. Arrived 15 min before scheduled appt and went into waiting areas. The associate Jess Holland came in 2x to try to sell me tires and a filter, but I politely declined. She came back to let me know my car was ready and to pay. I paid and proceeded to my car which was backed in at the front door. I immediately noticed my car was damaged when I was approaching so I went back to ask what was hit in my car. She came out and was unsure- her manager Steven then walked out to advise the only thing that could have been hit was the bay door, but the driver wouldn't have realized he hit it due to it being on the passenger side. He then proceeded to let me know he didn't understand what the big deal was as they were going to get it fixed! The big deal is your team was going to let me leave and not say a single word! I went into the dealership, spoke with Nathaniel R.(service Manger) who took pictures of the damages and I was promised a call today to let me know when to bring the car in; in true Toyota fashion- they never called as we are now at 5 PM! Back store- we have purchased 7 vehicles from this lot and still own 5 of them sadly we will look elsewhere next time. I would not recommend the service dept as they will wreck your vehicle and not tell you. Thankfully I had not left the lot.

Scott Wehr went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Scott worked with me to insure that both parties were happy with the deal we came up with. He stayed after closing time helping me, and then on the following day was ready and available with the truck pulled out and ready for me to inspect again the next day. Not only is Scott an amazing salesman to work with, the whole staff at Mike Johnson Toyota were amazing. My family and I have now purchased 6 vehicles from Mike Johnson Toyota and we will continue to do business with them in the future. If you need to call on anyone I would call on Scott.
