Called my go-to Service Advisor Cindy on a Saturday.

Called my go-to Service Advisor Cindy on a Saturday. I had a safety concern about my truck. She told me to bring my truck over. Took care of my repair and scheduled service at the same time.

I have a vehicle that is less than 4 years old with

I have a vehicle that is less than 4 years old with 50,000 miles. I perform regular maintenance. Each time I bring my vehicle in for routine service, I am told that it needs other maintenance. For example, I have new tires that have 10K on them and was told I need to replace them. I've been told I need alignment and flushing of systems and denied the work, then am told the next time that there isn't anything wrong. I've witnessed this type of "solicitation" with other customers awaiting service. On my last visit, the service tech told me that they keep a record of the services I deny and it will hurt my vehicle trade-in value. I find this treatment of the customer to be intimidating and harassing.

Came in for my first service and it was excellent Jess did a fantastic job, I was in and out within an hour, they have a great restaurant on site very reasonably priced…They also had complimentary coffee, soda and popcorn! Great experience!
