I had the pleasure of working with Scott Wehr. 10 out of 10 service, very effective communicator, knowledgeable about his job and each car on the lot, he is patient, I highly recommend buying a car here.

After finding the car I wanted online and placing a

After finding the car I wanted online and placing a deposit over the phone and driving 2 hours to the dealership, the car was revealed with hail damage. We were encouraged to accept the car as is and get it fixed later. The service manager made it clear that they simply “fix” the damage and sell as new. We left without compensation for our time or fuel for the 4 hour round trip trek we made. Had we known the car was damaged, we would not have bothered.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end!! We weren’t expecting to buy a vehicle that day, but with the outstanding help and guidance from sales associate, James Koerner, we left with a Highlander! As wonderful as everyone at Mike Johnson’s Toyota was/is, there wouldn’t be a sale if not for the sales associates and James is your man!! If you’re in the market for a new/used vehicle I highly recommend Mike Johnson’s and PLEASE ask for James!! This guy is the very best!!!!!

Outstanding service department!

Outstanding service department! I purchased my 2023 Tacoma last year, and have brought it in for its various service checks. Each time I’ve arrived, Cindy the service rep was there and checked me in quickly, and professionally. Yesterday, I had an interior (seat repair issue), and the repair was running late. She checked on me every half hour, purchased lunch for me at the cafe, (since the repair was taking longer than anticipated), and offered a loaner, which I didn’t need. The repair was flawless, and having owned many vehicles in my 70 years of existence, I have NEVER been treated as well as this automobile company. Cindy should be applauded, as well as all of the service department members. And yes…I will buy my next car from Mike Johnson’s Toyota, and will advise friends to check them out for their future purchases or repairs. Regards, Randy Dobbins, Col, USAF, Ret

Car was in and out within the promised time frame. Express oil change parking area is very small. No problem but crowded.
