As always a great service experience at Mike Johnson. Cody Kelsey was very helpful and found ways to give us the best value. He even gave me advise on how the make our wiper blades last longer!!!!

Bought my car here back in 2013.

Bought my car here back in 2013. I've always brought it back here for servicing, and I've never been disappointed. I make sure to always use the same agent during servicing and love I can do that. She knows my preferences and car well. This time when I had to take my car in I needed a little extra work and didn't have a lot of money to work with. So they helped me figure it out with discounts, coupons, and worked with me so I could get my car taken care of without breaking the bank. They also helped me come up with a service plan so I could come back later to complete some of the work I need done. Making sure your car is safe to drive; and friendly, compassionate customer service is definitely a priority for these guys.

Another outstanding performance from Ryan Bartlett’s guys

Another outstanding performance from Ryan Bartlett’s guys as they provided another upgrade on my TRD Off-road 4Runner. Ryan provided pros and cons on what I wanted to do. As always I went with his recommendations and was very satisfied with the overall quality of work provided. Bottom line-Exceeded my expectations!

My buying experience was good and the first service was

My buying experience was good and the first service was good. My service with the collision center was not good but they did make it right. My last visit with the service department took 3 hours even with an appointment. I was disappointed.
