Great Staff Great Service

Jill and Scott truly made me feel like a valued customer. I only use Mike Johnson’s team, when servicing my Tundra. Just be careful. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but because of their competitive pricing , I left with a new battery, air filter, and cabin filter! I was in and out within an hour. Great staff, and great service!

Maintenance on my 2019 Camry

Jill Francis was my service representative. She did a great job answering my questions and made sure that my car was serviced in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the dealership and the service department. I will be buying another vehicle from them.

2018 Cambry customer

Went in to have Entune updates completed. Cindy was excellent - very courteous , friendly, and knowledgeable. The car was repaired in a very timely manner.

oil change

Dennis was very helpful and was in and out quickly when I did not have appt. No popcorn it was broken but the waiting area is very clean and comfortable

Over the top Facilities

I have taken my truck to Boone and Winston Salem for service Becouse that's where the truck was purchased(my mistake). The service at those two locations can not compete with the service I received at Mike Johnson. I was blown away the way they take care of you while you wait. My truck was in for a minor recall, so I have had my truck for 11 months and was wanting to get the oil changed it even though it only had 2950 miles on it Becouse it needs to be change every year or 10,000 miles. They went ahead and suggested doing the 10,000 mile service while they had it saving me the hassle of bring back a few weeks later. Tabitha in the service department was excellent, she did not miss a beat telling me what they could and would do that day. She kepted me updated and the process and how much longer it would be. I have NEVER BEEN IMPRESSED THIS MUCH st a dealership than this. From now own there will no going to those other guys, MIKE JOHNSON IS THE PLACE.

recieved an email stating I was overdue for serv.

I received an email stating my 4 runner was over due service. When I drove to Mike Johnson Toyota I was told that I need to return in 2 months for service, and was not due. The email had a coupon for a 10k service for 39.99, service rep. said to do my service it would be 49.99 tax. So I did not have to drive 80 miles to return for service I had the service done. Mike Johnson needs to get his Hickory dealer ship under control. All I saw was employees get food from café.
