Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota

Came in for my first tire rotation on my 2019 Rav-the wait was fine but I can't imagine paying $28.00 for just a check up and rotation. Very nice facility--this is my 3rd Rav from Mike Johnson. I did speak to Mike Sigmon in parts who is the salesman I purchased my Rav from in March--He is a fine young man and still very accommodating and helpful even though he isn't in sales any more. David Price is also a great guy and very helpful every time I come in there.

Tabitha and Zac are awesome! The employees are friendly. The dealership is clean. I take advantage of the complimentary chair massage and fresh popcorn. No other Toyota dealership that I belonged to had these perks. I am a loyal Mike Johnson Toyota customer.

Bill Kitchings was very professional during the repair for my Highlander. The times that I have used the Express Service location have always been very efficient. Facilities are always clean and well taken care of.

I went in without an appointment and was met immediately to see what I needed done. They got me an estimate on two services and completed service on one slightly after the facility would normally close. I did not know that until I asked when they close the auto service shop. Stephen never made me think I was impeding on the shop trying to get finished up for the evening.

The service and the dealership is awesome but the app is not because it still has some bugs that need to be worked out. The dealership I would recommend.

This is the best place to buy a car. My husband and I went to many different car companies looking for a vehicle before heading to Mike Johnson's. We are so glad that we chose this car company. We were treated wonderfully and we had our dream vehicle in just a few short hours! The staff go above and beyond!

Made an appointment for State Inspection. When I got there, on time, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Took almost an hour. So much for making an appointment.
