Susanna Yim is the best ever!!

She is really fast and honest. She tried to get better price for me. She is alway in customer side. I am very impressed. I totally recommend her. Please email or text her before you go because she is always busy.

Great service

Andy was surpurb! Great customer service. He went over everything the car had to offer in detail he showed me how to use all functions the car has. I would recommend Andy as the man to go to!

Great Experience Overall!

I came here today to purchase my first car (2019 Honda Civic EX Sedan in Cosmic Blue Metallic) and I had such an incredible experience. Before coming to the dealership, I emailed Ty Trieu about what I was looking for including the pricing. When I got there after agreement, the entire process was easy and friendly. Ty had the car ready as soon as I arrived and he made sure I was taken care of properly until I left the dealership. Ty was super helpful and was able to answer all of my questions as well. I would highly recommend talking/working with him! He is definitely the person who isn't afraid to go out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied!!!

Amazing!!

I would really like to thank Jerry Gonzalez for helping me get my 2019 Honda Civic Sport! He’s such a helpful guy and if you go here I suggest asking for him. Jerry is super understanding and patient with any and all questions. He isn’t pushy about anything so you will always feel comfortable. He tries his hardest to get you the best deal possible and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have my car! Once again if you go here ASK FOR JERRY GONZALEZ! YOU WONT REGRET IT :)

Dishonest finance rep, apathetic management

My wife and I purchased a car from Norm Reeves Honda a little over six months ago, and that will be our last car purchase from this dealership. We brought the car in for its first oil change several weeks ago and discovered that the finance rep we dealt with had misrepresented two important elements of the service contract that he sold us. He claimed that this vehicle would need oil changes at least every six months regardless of mileage and that the contract would fully cover the cost of oil changes, neither of which is actually true (the service department said we probably would only need oil changes once a year at the rate we’re driving it, and the contract covers a maximum of $30 per oil change). In other words, the contract would cover far fewer oil changes than we were told it would, and those oil changes would only be partially covered despite having been represented as fully covered, so the benefits are far lower than the finance rep stated they were. We contacted the customer relations manager, and while we appreciated that he responded promptly, he just told us to cancel the contract if we weren’t happy with it – no apology or indication of concern that the finance rep lied to us, and he focused on trying to convince us that the service contract was still a good deal. We then reached out to first the finance manager and then the general manager to make them aware of the problem and ask that the contract cancellation fees be waived (since we had been lied to by their employee, and not just changed our mind), but neither of them ever responded to us. When we then went in and cancelled the contract, the receptionist in the finance department left a voice mail for the general manager on our behalf, and he never responded to that, either. Now we’re out the cancellation fee for the service contract, but at least we now know to avoid buying from Norm Reeves Honda in the future, as the finance reps can’t be trusted and the management doesn’t care!

Amazing First Purchase Experience

I came in here a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new car. The sales associate that helped me was Rafael Canas. As a first time buyer, not only did he go out of his way to help me, but he gave me a full course on financing, credit and the banks' mentality, insurance and the differences between leasing and financing a car. He never made me feel intimidated or overwhelmed with all the information he gave me. I found him to be honest and truly dedicated in educating me. I still have all the notes he provided for me as a personal tool in improving my credit score for the future. At the end of the night i drove away with a cute Honda Fit and i couldn't be much happier!
