I walked into Open Road and was greeted by Michael Vurchio, I told Mike I just wanted to look at the E 350 and didn't need any help because the car was for my wife. After a few minutes Mike came back to me and asked if I have any questions now, after speaking with Mike just for a few minutes I realized that he is a true professional. He answered all my questions and went over over varies features of the car. I normally buy my cars from Freehold because it closer to my house, but after meeting Mike he is worth the 20 minutes of driving. I did in fact buy my wife her E class from Mike at Open Road and decide to replace my 2012 SL for the new 400 twin turbo motor. Thanks Mike you have a customer for Life!!!

Dealt with Greg Fiorino who was very professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. Really liked the relaxed approach to leaning our new CLS550. I've had very good experience with the service department as well. Very well mannered staff led by Peter Lomando. Nice new redesigned facility---very modern with some very welcoming features for the customer.

We recently bought on impluse a pre-owned Audi A8 from this dealership while there to actually look at a preowned 911 (strange things do happen). Our salesperson Melanie was just awesome to work with, a car enthusiast herself. She was helpful, courteous, friendly and proactive. We also met with couple of managers as well as the finance manager, who was great to work with as well (that totally bends the rule in the car dealership business). We liked the fair prices, the speed of negotiation and speed of execution. It's also not an overcrowded dealership like the giant places (Paramus and Edison). If we decide one day to buy a Benz, we'd make the trip to Bridgewater even though we live in Holmdel.

Th sales person quoted a price for down payment. When I went to pick up a car he charged $400 extra on My credit card. At that moment I have already signed The contract. I didn't get 2nd key for the car he told me I would grt it in 3 daus Its been now almost week

I recently leased a vehicle from Open Road in Bridgewater. I couldn't be happier with the professional, sincere, knowledgeable help I received in making my decision. My salesperson, James Lawrie, is an incredibly honest, helpful, patient individual. I never felt pushed, rushed, or anything else that you mostly encounter with other dealerships. They have by business as long as I'm a Mercedes owner.

We purchases a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz at Open Road this week and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Our salesman, Mark, was a complete professional -- knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, but never pushy. Julia in the administrative office was also a pleasure to work with. It was all of the fun and none of the stress of shopping for a car!

I live in Pennsylvania (about 2 hours away). Found the car on line and loved it. Made an appointment to see and drive the car. I was pleasantly greeted by Mark Gianchiglia. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the car and extremely helpful. I did a test drive in a place where I was comfortable driving. He was not high pressure at all. He made certain that I was comfortable and felt at home. I bought the car. He showed me as many features as possible before I drove home. He was supposed to have a mat changed out and apparently we ran out of time because that didn't happen. I would highly recommend doing business with this establishment and Mark in particular. I wish I lived closer so I could have my service completed at this dealership.
