Experience with Purchasing a car

I can only speak to the purchasing experience and agree with the other reviews, the quality for what you'd expect in mercedes is not there. Triple check the details on a car listing, what's on the web is inaccurate at best, for instance a pre-owned might list on the web a back-up camera but not actually have one in the car, the mileage listed maybe much higher, I was Quoted in an email a car has low 12,000 miles, and the web advertised "Only 12,600 miles!" just before picking it up, it had over 13,250! And they put this in writing, so they do "falsely make claims" just to get you in the door. Don't recommend buying here if your from out of state, because honesty is not their policy. The overall "experience" was not satisfactory and will not purchase from them again. Shame on me for having higher expectations. The car itself (c300) does drive nicely.

Peter Lomando Never Disappoints (Service)

I've yet to find a dealership and staff where you are treated with this level of concierge service. From the time you arrive to departure, it's consistently an OUTSTANDING experience. Peter who personally greets you and goes out of his way to make sure the "experience" is nothing short of impeccable. if you need anything he's fully engaged and has a passion for achieving stellar client satisfaction. Amazing Dealeraship

It is so rare this day and age to find as they say "service with a smile", however, Open Road of Bridgewater, exemplifies that every single time I am there. From the minute I pull into the valet area, I am always greeted with smiles, personality, and genuine caring!! Mr. Lomando always takes the time to talk with me and make sure I am completely satisfied before leaving. BEST CUTOMER SERVICE - HANDS DOWN

Contacted by Ashley G. Very energectic, friendly, and got me to come in to the dealership to meet with Mark. Ashley was waiting for me at the door! She and my wife are Hungarian so they hit it off. Amazing Experience

As simple as it sounds Mike Verchio was the reason why I purchased from this store. I work in the area and recently received a promotion so I wanted to upgrade my car to a luxury brand. So I tried the BMW 335 out at the Bridgewater store the service there was horrible. I then decided to just take a look at the Mercedes 300, I was just looking at the cars and was approached by Mike he started going over the cars he had in inventory and none were really what I was looking for. Mike told me that the store was a volume dealer and by next week there should be more cars that I might like. On Thursday of the following week Mike gives me a call and asked if I can stop by during lunch because a car arrived that fits what I wanted. After going back to the store he was right it was what I wanted, Mike made the buying experience a fantastic one, I remember him saying finding the car is the hardest part the numbers are the easiest part. Thanks again Mike

The worst Dealership

I have never had a worst experience in my life with service. Michael in service is rude and abnoxious. The amount they attempted to charge me was crazy and this was after two weeks of having my car. Bottom line that did not fix my car and charged me 2000.00 ...See you in court open road Stay away from this place Mercedes should be embarrassed

Anything but a luxury lease

Never again ...... Most unprofessional dealership I ever worked with. Talk about the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.... That's an understatement ! They are very deceitful, will lie thru their teeth just to make a deal. Have not one ounce of concern about wasting your time.... I was a previous customer, but there was not one familiar face there this time.... I will never purchase another Mercedes again.... Because of how I was treated at bridge water

Outstanding Salesman Michael Vurchio

I recently bought a second hand car for my daughter, the experience with Michael is second to none. I've been purchasing cars from him for the past 5 years. I've been referring my co workers and close friends to go and purchase from him. The process that Michael goes through to insure that the car is the right one is outstanding, he knows Mercedes Benz like no one else I have ever met. When it comes to buying a Mercedes I do not know why you will not purchase from him. Thanks again Michael you will see me soon for the new S550 you've been telling me about.

A real Star at Mercedes Benz

I bought a car a couple of months ago from Mike Vurchio, he recently contacted me and asked to post something on this site. I was more then happy to do so, he's sales technique is nothing less then amazing. He is not a pushy type or a typical car salesman with the old tricks. After being a loyal customers with another Mercedes Benz store they lost my business because of Michael. He helps me with making service appointments and is always there when I call he's cell. After reading the other reviews about him I can tell he's a valuable asset to Open Road Auto Group and more importantly Mercedes Benz. I highly recommend Mike there is no one else that compares to he's talent.

What customer service?

A dealer rep called me after inquiring about the 2014 E350 through Cars.com but never got back to me after asking about more specifics about the MB lease deal on this car. I called up another MB dealership, Ray Catena Mercedes Benz in Edison, NJ and they were very professional. Anyway, I ended up getting the 2013 BMW 528i x-drive because I thought the driving dynamics of the BMW was much better AND THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC!
