Repeat customer

Buying my second car from this dealer. The experience was wonderful from the time we stepped in, to the time we drove off. Claudio was our sales rep. He was very very helpful. He made sure we knew everything about the cars and that we were never under any pressure to buy! He made us feel at ease and well-informed through the entire negotiation and finance process and gave us the best options that met our needs. The rest of the staff was very courteous and made sure they did everything to make us feel special! I would definitely recommend a Mercedes and highly recommend getting one from the Open Road at Bridgewater from Claudio! Having been to other dealerships for other luxury cars, we felt this one was a class apart and wants to do what it takes to have happy return customers :-) Till my next Benz :-)

2nd time buyer

This is the second time that I am buying a car from this dealer and I don't see any reason to go to another dealer. Claudio was the sales guy, he showed me two different cars and even showed me a car that wasn't list on their website. He spend the time looking for the best vehicle for us and working with his manager to get the best deal for us. We really appreciate the time and effort that he spent on us and there was no pressure at all coming from him. Thanks Claudio.

Excellent Dealership & Service Experience !

I am very happy to write this review, and highly recommend seeing either Greg to buy a car, or Peter for service. "Thank you's" are also in order for Cortney, Jeanna, Ted, and to those whose names I do not know that always seem eager to do a good job! All of the people I have come in contact with at this dealership have gone out of their way to make us happy, on as many levels as possible. From buying our new car to the service experience, I am always surprised at each individual's effort to give us respectful and sincere attention with swift solutions. I am very grateful for the Service Department for making what is typically a terribly stressful event, as painless as possible! They have been fair to us with pricing, and I trust that each person is really giving their best. I hope that Mercedes Benz Corporate keeps the employees as happy as they keep us, and that they are appreciated as I appreciate them! PS : We pass by the Flemington Mercedes (which is 5 minutes from our house) to go to Bridgewater Open Road, because we trust them and know they will go out of their way to give the best service & solutions.

Excellent Service

Great Car Buying Experience

It was Thanksgiving Weekend 2013 and we were out looking at new cars when we decided to stop at Open Road of Bridgewater. We never thought we could afford a Benz but we were wrong. The dealer had many quality pre-owned Mercedes on the lot in mint shape and low mileage. Our salesman Mark picked up on our interest and used a no-pressure style to get us to return with our Infiniti tittle and a test drive. During the test drive we learned all about the different features, from safety thru performance that Mercedes provide. When we decided to buy the negotiation and financing process was like no other buying experience we ever had. In fact Mark even sent us home while the dealer compiled the paperwork and prepped the car. This is completely opposite of my last experience where the dealer wouldn't let us leave with-out the car and the process took 6 hours! When we returned on Monday everything was ready to go and we were out in an hour! I would recommend Mark at Open Road of Bridgewater to any one that wants a quality car buying experience. Great Buying Experience

I usually don't like car shopping, but this experience changed my mind. My salesman was Mike V., and he made this experience a pleasant one. He couldn't have done more to make me comfortable making my purchase. Mike had patience, and knowledge throughout the transaction. I most definitely would go back to Open Road of Bridgewater, and work with Mike V. again. In fact, I have already recommended Mike and this dealership to my boss, who is in the market for a new car. Best puchase experience

I was in the market for my 7th Mercedes Benz, and I happened to contact them. Jason and Keith contacted me repeatedly by email and phone to make sure I was comfortable driving 3 hours to buy a car from a dealership I had never dealt with before. When I arrived yesterday morning they were waiting for me and everything was ready. Even though I was coming out of the same car, Keith made sure I understood every change before he would let me leave. He even re-checked the tire pressure. I have never dealt with finer people and I expect to see them again in 3 years.i

happy purchase of new Gl 450

i bought a new Gl 450 from Dharam Patel. He was very patient and took his time to show me all the features of my new truck. The sales manager Justin was very nice he took the time to come out and thank me for my purchase while Dharam was going over the car. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Peter Lomando & the Service Staff

I have been a customer of the Bridgewater Open Road dealership for several years. The changes that Peter has brought with him to this location are awesome. My experience has been exactly what I expect from Mercedes which is more than service, but also SATISFACTION.
