I am impressed that I get timely calls about the progress of my vehicle's service and information regarding suggested maintenance. I had set an appointment for the service on my wife's CX-5 as required by warranties. Very courteous treatment and fair time on wait. The reason for the raiting is that during and after the sales process the advantages of using Mazda oil was stressed more than once. After reviewing my rect at home I see that the oil used was Castrol. This dealership continues to trip over its own feet with me.

I've never dealt with a dealership like Nelson. They are consistent in top quality service, you can trust their service recommendations, they are kind, helpful and go above and beyond every single time I've interacted with them. I couldn't really say enough about their service - it's enough to make me choose a Mazda again over another car I may like a little more. They're that good.
