Service a Plus - Sales Not So Great

We were greeted upon arrival, and promptly checked in to have our first service completed. The service writer was friendly and helpful. The servicing of our vehicle was completed in less time than we expected. We were very pleased.

I was able to get a loaner and even though it took longer than expected, they kept me updated on the status each day.

Excellent customer service

I liked the ability to have multiple questions answered by E-mail and my experience with Ben Howe was excellent. When he was uncertain, he would talk with one of the managers and get back to me quickly.

Excellent Customer Service

I appreciate the friendly greeting upon arrival. Everyone is very helpful and give superior customer service. Even thought I was only there for an oil change, they washed my very dirty car!

top notch service and faciliy

Someone was there to help me immediately and the guys were very professional in their actions. Your waiting room is very nice and people would walk by and say good morning. The shuttle ride was very pleasant, the dirver was professional and I felt he had excellant driving skills.
