Snowy morning car buy

Josh was quick to get the snow cleaned off the car so we look at it. It was cleaned up even better while we finished the paperwork for us to take home.

Great service, very clean dealership

We enjoyed every part of my buying experience. Everyone from Steve, Gary and Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came from out of state to buy the vehicle and they had the car ready for a test drive upon arrival! A little over an hour later and we were on our way!

Deal went real smooth. You had THE used pick up I was looking for. It is a bit of a rare one anymore. I was pretty much sold before I got to the dealership. Dave did a good job.

Great Service

It was my first time buying a car and I was very particular on what I wanted and where I wanted my monthly payments to be. Everything was super easy and there was no pressure to buy or to buy something that was out of my price range. I was in a complicated situation with my fiance being gone and we both needed our names on the car, and they took care of everything for us and made sure all the paperwork got to him and that everything got filled out. It was a strenuous process, but they made is as easy as could be.

Great Service!

Jeff Turner is great. This is the 2nd car we have bought through him. It was even his day off when we came in. We have had all our service work done at Charles Gabus Ford with our first car and plan on the same with this car. This is about an hour drive for us but trust them to do the job and give great service. We have never had a complaint, we know we will always be greeted with a smile and we would encourage anyone to give them a try.

PERSONAL SERVICE FROM PROFESSIONAL MANAGER

Robert Kritenbrink has taken good care of both my 2007 500 LTD and 2011 Focus which I purchased from Gabus. Robert has a 500 of his own and can easily tell me what service I need for mine. I have complete confidence in his advice.

Great service, knowledgeable sales people.

Wade was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and the features that the Escape had while i was test driving. That is what sold me! The vehicle was ready to pick up when promised after having remote start installed. Nick in finance was very professional and got me a great interest rate and gave me a couple of options on payments. Also the young man (forgot his name) that went over all the features of my new Escape was very patient and helpful!

Great Car Buying Experience!

I was able to communicate efficiently through email since I was 180 miles away. You held the vehicle I was interested in for 2 days till I could come look at it. Josh Christensen was very knowledgeable about the cars features, which was extremely helpful. Also, you made sure I had help with all the features before I drove off the lot.

Excellent dealership!

Brittany is very easy to work with - not pushy or egotistical! She is great! She comes from a "Ford family" so that was a huge plus.Mr Young in the finance department did an excellent job lining up Ford Credit for us. Honestly though, the sale goes back to Bob Funk in the service department. He sold us on Charles Gabus ford me the very first time we brought our vehicle in.
