No pressure

No pressure. Recognized we knew what we were looking for and helped us find the right car. The financing met our expectations and even had room to fit in an extra 7 year warranty.

Ben Howe, Nick Young and the "other Ben" in the "garage" made my buying experience so great and exceeded my expectations! They made everything so seemless and wonderful. The "other Ben" walked me through every function of my new car. They were all so very nice and made sure I wasn't left with any questions. I will never go to another dealership, Charles Gabus for life! I raved to all Facebook followers to go to Charles Gabus for a new vehicle! The customer service surpasses all other dealerships!

Service

You are always friendly and any questions you will answer. Also I like how you recommend things but don't push items if we are not interested. You are quick with service. We went in for oil change and tire rotation. Told it would be 45 minutes and it only took about 30min. Always do an excellent job.

very very clean facility, could eat off the floor.

Great customer service

When I stopped in to get an oil change I didn't know that I had to have an appointment. The gentleman that helped me said he would still get get my car serviced. Twenty minutes later my car was ready. We based our new car purchase on made in USA with no Government assistance and dealer reputation. Your service department is a great example of taking care of customers. Thank you
