Great buying experience! Love our new Ford!

All of the staff that assisted us were helpful and genuinely friendly. David took the time to make sure that we purchased the right vehicle for us. Brad, who was very personable, made the financing process smooth and expedited, as we were able to complete much of the process over the phone prior to getting to the store. It was really great that Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain all of the features of our new car before we drove out the door.

Steve Sanders is one of the good guys

Steve was very professional with us while we shopped for vehicles. He was willing to work with us to find the right vehicle, without pressuring us. Being the Internet Sales Manager, he was always very responsive to e-mail inquiries and answered all of our questions fully. He made us feel like we could do all of our business online, if we wanted to, which was very convenient for us. Steve has a friendly demeanor and was very easy to work with.

Great Service, Clean Facilities

Austin Parks was my salesman. Austin was willing to work with me and always asking what my needs were. The vehicles were clean and well prepared for sale. The purchasing process was quick and easy after a price had been reached. The experience was fun and not uncomfortable in anyway.

friendly sales staff

There wasn't any high-pressure sales pitch. Not a lot of back and forth price dickering. We started with what we were willing to pay and the salesman let us know what was possible for them to sell at.

salesman were not pushy. ***I returned a rental car and it was damaged while in the lot prior to return to rental center. dealership is taking care of damages to vehicle.

change in service

the reason I said neutral on question 2 is because of a bad experience several months ago ...I am now just going to continue to see if things will change if change is the problem..people lack confidence in automobile service centers for many different reasons....and we all know what those are.... hopefully that will change
