Super Dealership! Couldn't have been happier.
From start to finish, the sales and service were outstanding. Steve was an excellent salesman; we live 3 hours away and he was great about emailing us back and forth, and working through two different vehicles. He was fair in our trade, and offered every available discount. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they were ready for us, and were so efficient and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!! They showed us all of the internal features, and we felt comfortable when the driving the vehicle off the lot. Steve was great about touching base with us after the sale. The only drawback was that we had to drive 3 hours to get such great service from a Ford dealer, but it was definitely worth it!!!!!!

Easy access great facility
The prompt service by all of the employes from your sales person through financing and delivery. Especially liked the way the electronics was explained to my wife and I. You can be proud of all your employes.

Top notch dealership
I have worked as a sales consultant for other dealerships and have rarely been on the purchasing end of the process. Even with my experience I was apprehensive about my visit to Charles Gabus Ford.
