Absolutely disgusting what they put me through and drove

Absolutely disgusting what they put me through and drove over 2 hours each way and I sent pictures of my trade in and they indicated that they would allow me $12,000 for my car and likely buy my car even if I didn't buy theirs. When I got there they advised that they had another cash buyer coming to buy the Mustang, but no one told me to save me a trip. When they looked at my car they only wanted to give me $5500 for it after I sent them at least 20 pictures. This dealer is a xxxxxxx in my opinon.

I see several websites with glowing reviews close to 5.0, yet one, Yelp has your dealership less than 2.0. Why is that? Inquiring minds want to know. You guys claim to be a Christian business. Isaiah 5:20

Money Grab!

Started off great & seemed like they really wanted to help , in reality seemed like a quick money grab on someone not as experienced on how the car buying process works. I was sold a 2015 Mercedes Benz with a 687 Credit Score & was still required to put down a down payment when I was originally a cosigner & I could’ve been sold anything on that lot & was told that was my only option. I never cared for a luxury car! Now not even a month later , tires are shredding , service lights are appearing

Excellent Customer Service

I was in major need of tires with the thread showing through one of the tires and about to go on a road trip from Wilmington to Raleigh. Marty and Jordan were so quick to respond and understanding. I was so happy with the customer service, I also got my brakes done at the same time! I would highly recommend Matthew Motors! 5 stars!

Service department is a ripoff.

I've been overcharged here for the last time. The service department here will overcharge you at any opportunity. I paid more for a oil change here than at the dealership! It's the last dollar they will get from me!

Don't buy from this dealership!!!!

Do NOT buy a car from here. I got played big time. Never told me the warranties cost me $5000 extra and they said my trade in was only worth $4500 and that they were sending it to auction. I was scared to leave there and not buy a vehicle because I thought mine was about to break down from how they talked. A week later it's on their website for sale for $13,900 and it's burning oil really bad, has a cracked seal and the rotors are messed up. I know that for a fact. Stay away from this dealership. I wish I had.

Best sales rep great customer service

I went into Matthew's motors in wilmington nc to see if I can get a trade in and my sales rep Josy was the best she stuck by me , she understood me, she talked calm and clear were I understood all conditions and terms. I appreciate her I drive away in a 2020 thank you so much.

Alicia and all support staff were very professiona

Excellent experience all around. Alicia had the vehicle ready for a test drive and made the entire process extremely easy. Paper work was a lot less than any vehicle i have ever purchased. I picked up the vehicle the following day and they had cleaned it up both inside and out. The only negative is I was hoping it would be delivered with a full tank of gas.
