In for an oil change....out with a new car!

Went in for an oil change but with letter in hand that was requesting used cars for trade ins. We had a 2013 GMC Terrain. It fit the bill for what they wanted. So we talked to Tim, who was a wonderful salesman! So friendly and accommodating. He was one of the best we?ve ever dealt with. He got us a deal we absolutely could not refuse! Long story short.. the next day we picked up our brand new 2018 GMC Terrain! Love it! Thank you, Tim, we really enjoyed working with you. Look for us in another three years! Also a shout out to the service dept. for anything that needs to be taken care of. We like dealing with all at Richardson?s!

Outstanding experience!

We found a new Honda Civic on cars.com that was listed by Richardson Motors in Dubuque, Iowa. The car had everything we were seeking and was a very competitive price. The communication was clear, the process was simple and the people were friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding to work with. We'll definitely be looking toward Richardson Motors for our next automobile purchase.

Easiest car purchase ever!

Diane Noble was the best salesperson I could have ever asked for! She made my car buying experience not only easy, but fun too! Brian and Steve in the finance area were excellent and super fast in obtaining a great interest rate for me. Chad Richardson attended to me, too, and could not have been more friendly. Everyone at Richardson Motors was great! This was my 2nd Honda purchase at Richardson's and it won't be my last!

Best car buying experience EVER!

I live in Denver. I found a CRV at Richardson Motors with the lowest price in the country. I didn?t even haggle. They gave me a fair price for my trade as I didn?t want the hassle of selling to a private party. I drove 900 miles in one day, bought the car and drove back 900 miles. They saved me $2300. I spent $90 on a hotel room, and maybe $150 in gas and food. Worth every painful minute of the 24 hours of driving over two days. Scott ?Doc? was my sales person. I had preapproved Financing through USAA and Bryan did the finance paperwork in 5 minutes tops. This is the 3rd brand new car I have purchased and this is hands down the BEST experience I have ever had.

Best buying experience ever!

Scott was phenomenal in helping us buy a new car! He made the process easy and all the staff we dealt with were very friendly. He thoroughly showed us how to work everything in our car as first time Honda owners. Very impressed and I would recommend Scott to anyone wanting a pleasant experience. Relaxed Atmosphere

The sales staff are friendly and helpful providing a relaxed atmosphere. As Richardson serves both Iowa and Wisconsin customers and since we are from Wisconsin, they made the purchase and registration seamless. We also appreciated the fact that the discounts provided were published, straight-forward and reasonable.

Service Inspection not thorough at all

Found my truck leaking fluid the day after I had the oil changed and supposedly an inspection was done but for as much as it was leaking I feel like there is no way they inspected anything.

We purchased a 2018 HRV the day after Thanksgving.

We purchased a 2018 HRV on Friday, November 24th. The salesman Tim Eppler, as well as all the staff that were involved in this process, were very professional. They all were very courteous and extremely helpful through out the entire process of purchasing this vehicle along with trading in a vehicle. They made it extremely easy to do business with them. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from them and we intend to continue to do all of our future business with them.
