Service advisor is good. None of my issues are not resolved. I have complained about these issues numerous times.

Gordon is easy to set an appointment with and they have transportation options based on how long the vehicle will be in the shop. They always take good care of me and my family.

I always get great service at Gordan chevy regardless if it is a simple oil change or a major repair. Joey ,my service rep is great and always take care of me.

I am impressed with Gordon Chevrolet. I have never waited more than 1 hour for a scheduled oil change. The courtesy shuttle was a great bonus when I had to keep the car there for repair. My bill was $0.00. The repair was under warranty and they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Refreshing!

Unfortunately, I have had a great deal of experience with body shops and have not had good experiences. This dealership restored my faith in quality work and amazing service. Brad went above and beyond to make sure this experience was different. Thank you so much!

Work was done to satisfaction; however discounts military, gm credit points and work completed in less time than estimate were discussed; but not applied.

Gordon Chevrolet honored my warranty to fix my Turbo charger, even gave me a free rental car while it was being repaired. Richard in the service department was very helpful.
