A Good Buying Experience

A top dealership. My salesman, Adam Gentry, was great. Friendly, helpful, ready to answer any question. He made the buying process a great experience. In fact, everyone at Germain was courteous and eager to please. The service department, which I've used in the past, is also top notch.

Waste of my TIME

took 2 hour vacation from work to get 2 new tires for my CTS. After waiting an hour in the waiting room, tech rep said they ordered wrong tires and will have to re-order. Further said he will call me later that day to confirm new appointment for tires. Well, that was Monday and today is Thursday. No call from Germain Cadillac of Easton. Thanks Germain for wasting my vacation hours along with my time trying to get tires... ugh.

Great Business, Great Customer Service

OMG!!!! It was amazing. I was a little nervous because i'm taking my truck to the Cadillac Dealer, Thinking of being charge over price because its the Dealer. However my service gentleman was Troy, assured me that everything would be fine and it was. All it needed was a battery, he also did my recalls and reset my keypad. it was a nightmare just trying to get my truck towed but Troy treated me like family. He followed up with me on everything that was going on and i would have my truck by the end of the day ( Friday) WOOT WOOT. If Dearlerships had a person like him they would never go out of business. Oh did i mention that I've never met him just talked to him on the Phone. KUDOS he's an awesome person. Thanks again

The ability to work with a customer Does not exist, I

The ability to work with a customer Does not exist, I told you that I was very interested in the Toyota several days I tried to get together with the salesman and I told him I drive a semi truck, not always sure when I get back in, we tried several nights to get together and even had a bank loan ready to go, I said for sure I would be there Friday and had my down payment ready. I got in at two O'Clock and called him and another salesman said he went to the dentist and the salesman also said the car had been sold that morning. You guys suck.

Germain Cadillac offered an exceptional buying experience, especially given it was done virtually and from out of state. Mike Perkins was friendly and responsive to work with. Zach Nugan exceeded my expectations in working through everything remotely and being able to quickly finish the deal when I arrived. My experience at Germain Cadillac, particularly with the team there, will have me shopping there the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Sh***y communication and integrity

I had called about a vehicle 3-4 separate times the previous week asking when a vehicle would be ready to look at. I was told they were waiting on a part from Ford and should be ready early next week. I called today and was told that another couple was already coming to look at it and it was no longer available. They had my contact info and never once let the know the vehicle was ready nor the fact they had someone already lined up. xxxxty customer service without the decency to call and tell me the vehicle isn't available, they instead did it via a text. I am sure there are good people here but I cannot see myself buying a vehicle here nor recommending friends or family do so either.

It’s disappointing to learn that you feel this way regarding our dealership. Due to today’s market conditions, our pre-owned inventory is in high demand and the vehicle you were interested in was in our service department awaiting a needed part for 30 days. In that timeframe, we had multiple inquires. We do not hold our inventory and it is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. This vehicle was sold to the first customer to arrive when it was available for sale. Lied to

purchased a used 2018 xt5 cadillac certified suv from salesman Mr. Redman have been told 2 times after 35 days we would get the title and paper work in next 10 days. it is 67 days and told it would be another week.The car was purchased in my spouse's name. They didn 't know or wouldn't say time limit for title. Very dis-satisfied with this dealership
