Fields Cadillac St. Augustine

We waited 2 hours for service replace part on the dash?? Told us come back because the part was damaged that was ordered?? Drove one hour get there & wait 2 hours & anothe hour back home. 4 hours waisted time🤨

Service staff is always upfront and helpful. The communication is great and they stay in contact constantly with the progress of your vehicle. Jake was awesome and we really enjoyed working with him.

We had great experience buying a vehicle at Fields Cadillac, St. Augustine FL. Our salesperson was PJ and he was by far one of the best salesperson we have ever met. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable about the cars and had a very friendly attitude. Although we had an out of state car buying experience, we have no regrets because PJ made sure we knew all the details about the car and he personally made sure we will be getting exactly what we have been told. It was also easy working with Bill, the finance manager. He answered all our questions and made doing the paperwork a breeze. When we got to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, the dealership was in excellent condition. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and made us feel welcoming. When we picked up the vehicle we which was a used, we were delighted to see that the vehicle as mentioned was in pristine condition and exactly what we were expecting. From our buying experience, would absolutely recommend Fields Cadillac, St. Augustine FL and recommend PJ.

I broke down in the Publix parking lot. A call was made to Cadillac and spoke to Joe. Needed to try and start the car again, and if it worked bring it right in to the dealership. It did start and I went right over to the dealership to have them look at it. I needed a battery and it was fixed the same day. I am always satisfied with the service I get there. Thanks Joe!
