Appointment scheduled for car maintenance need to improve greatly. Thanks to Mr. Dana Wheeler he always goes above and beyond to help me the customer. I think Tom Peacock assist the customer on the value of their vehicle. My car was returned without the fluids being filled.

Very pleased to see the upgrades to the customer

Very pleased to see the upgrades to the customer waiting area which had been underwhelming at my last visit Good results with the renovation! Service Adviser was very helpful and knowledgeable However it took longer than expected for an oil change after having made an appointment online. Results though were excellent. It would be nice to have received a text with status update so I could make adjustments to any plans I may have had for the day Overall I am impressed Thank you
