Did not fix the oil leak and had it for almost 2 days

Did not fix the oil leak and had it for almost 2 days without a loaner. Ford Motor now has a case on this on going issue

Very impressed with the customer service can honestly say

Very impressed with the customer service can honestly say the best I've ever dealt with. Ther communication was excellent and was able to work with me on my crazy work hours. One main reason I switched from ram because customer service was absolutely horrible here in west bend I couldn't take it any more! Special shout out to Kim and Monica there have both have gone above and beyond which will keep me as a returning customer for sure.

Sierra was the best sales rep person that we ever had.

Sierra was the best sales rep person that we ever had. You are lucky to have her at your dealership. She could be selling expensive luxury items and making 4x the commission. You better hope no one tells her this. On point, honest, personal and professional. Put her on more of an incentive program and you will see. The sales manager played too many games with the numbers. We were told the trade in was 11k but it was really 10k. This is why people hate to shop for vehicles. If you filled your company with Sierra’s you would get nothing but positive reviews.
