Had running boards installed.
Had running boards installed. Got the undercoating done. Undercoating was poorly applied. Got undercoating all over the chrome running boards I had just installed and also got overspray of undercoating all over my paint on the box of the truck. Normally a professional would've taped and covered everything before applying the coating. Clearly the person that did it is an absolute idiot. I want new running boards from ford for free and a full refund of the labor installment of the running boards and undercoating cost refunded.

Great dealership but a little weird on how you guys do
Great dealership but a little weird on how you guys do financing with the salesman doing a lot of the leg work. Not that it's bad, just different. Personally I don't think a sales person should deal with credit scores or payments. I'm used to dealing with the fiance person for all the that. Thanks , love my mustang!
