Excellent service
As always, excellent and prompt customer service. I can always count on Zachary Anderson and Dave to ensure my vehicle efficient. I was quite impress when the Service Manager took me back to work while my car was being service. Art is always nice and provides timely pickups and drop off.

I have never had a more comfortable experience at any dealership. I was in tears, I thought I was doomed to stay in my 2008 Malibu which I had for 5 years and have had problems with it for 4 1/2 years. I called and spoke with A Bob Maxey Ford salesmen named Sherry Porter. I was in tears and explained my situation to her and she said don't worry we help customers in your situation all of the time. She said to come in and see her. That was on Monday 11/02/15, I said she is not going to be able to help me, but she was so nice and motivating I went strait after work, and left that afternoon in my new 2016 Ford Escape. Good bless you Sherry Porter and thank you Bob Maxey Ford for employing sales people like Sherry. I told everyone at work, all my family and friends.
